Using this form and by submitting your favourite recipe (not necessarily Sous Vide), you can take part in this competition.

We need the name of the recipe, the ingredients, a description of the preparation as well as a photo of the dish (in jpg format, up to max. 3 MB) and your data. Only entries including cooking time details will be considered for any Sous Vide recipes submitted.

Terms of participation:
By way of the voluntary entry of a recipe, the participant accepts the terms of participation, confirms that he / she has noted them and is in agreement with the content.
1. The organiser of this competition is Julabo Labortechnik GmbH, Eisenbahnstrasse 45, D-77960 Seelbach.
2. Participation is free of charge and not tied to the purchase or use of a fusionchef device.
3. Persons who are 18 years of age and send in their data using the form intended for this purpose by 28.05.2012 are eligible to take part. Employees of JULABO Labortechnik GmbH and their families and relatives are not allowed to take part!
4. Only such entries as are submitted via the form intended for the purpose ( with indication of acceptance of the terms of participation are eligible to take part in the competition. Entries submitted by post or e-mail cannot be considered.
5. All entries will be examined by our online editorial team and published on our platform and allowed to take part in the competition after the form has been checked for its full completion. Entrants have no entitlement to the inspection and publication of their entries within a given period. The online editorial team reserves the right to refuse to publish entries and thus exclude them from participation in the competition if there is a good reason for doing so.
6. The online editorial team of fusionchef is not obliged to check the correctness, completeness and legality of the entries and data of the participants.
7. Each participant confirms by way of his / her participation that the recipes and photos submitted do not violate the rights of third partiers and that he / she is entitled to make free use of the recipes and photos.
8. Should the rights of third parties be nevertheless violated by the submission of photos and texts of a participant and claims are asserted against JULABO Labortechnik GmbH by third parties as a result, the participant concerned is obliged to reimburse JULABO Labortechnik GmbH for all the damage and costs it incurs.
9. The participant is liable in full for ensuring that the texts / photos uploaded via the entry form and as such the content stored, presented and published on the website of JULABO Labortechnik GmbH and the above-mentioned platforms do not violate the rights of third parties and / or statutory or regulatory bans.
10. By way of their participation, participants declare their consent to the publication of their entry (recipe / photo / tip) on the fusionchef websites, in newsletters, in print and press media as well as via social media portals such as facebook, Youtube, etc.
11. The participant grants JULABO Labortechnik GmbH in connection with the publication of the entry the free and unrestricted usage both in time and location terms of the text and image material for use on the fusionchef website, in newsletters, in print and press media and via social media portals (e.g. facebook, Youtube, etc.).
12. The winners will be determined from among all publications by means of drawing lots. The winners will be announced on facebook and the fusionchef websites. Participants have no right of appeal against the judges’ verdict. The prize cannot be paid out in cash (not even in part).
