"The fusionchef by Julabo circulator is absolutely one of the best available for sous vide cooking.
As a chef who has to travel quite often, I find their circulator tough and rugged, perfect for use when I do culinary shows and events.

I can depend on it and it works without fail. Also, the power is great. The heat source is one of the best I’ve come across. It goes from tap water temperature to the set temperature very quickly. The pump also provides even distribution in the pool.
Overall, it’s a machine I can’t live without."
