Ryan Clift and his team from the Tippling Club will provide culinary entertainment in a live cooking show. The star chef will be demonstrating the benefits of sous vide cooking with dishes such as "Salmon with eggs and potatoes" and "Slow-cooked neck of pork with fermented carrots".
Ryan Clift originates from Devizes, Wiltshire (UK) and started his career with 14 years as a dishwasher at a top restaurants near his home. After training, Clift worked with well-known chefs in London and Australia before he opened his own business in Singapore in the form of the Tippling Club. With the combination of award-winning cuisine and top-class cocktails, Clift and his team from the Tippling Club have won several sought-after prizes and awards. They include Place 12 in "Asia’s Best Restaurant / Miele Asian 2013 (2011/2012 place 5), place 45 in "The World's 50 Best Bars 2013" and place 23 in "Asia's 50 Best Restaurants".
